At Hair Lux we feel it is important that we try to reduce our carbon footprint as much as we can. We have carefully selected the products that we use not only because they achieve the optimal result on your hair but also because their brands share our ethos – if we all do little to reduce pollution and waste then we can help to preserve our planet.

So let talk a little about the products we use ……

Yellow colour by Alfaparf – exclusive formulation which delivers beautiful colouring results time after time, thanks to low alkaline content, it lightens and colours hair with extraordinary gentleness whilst ensuring maximum care for the hair. Unbeatable shine, condition, and impeccable coverage. Recyclable packing and QR information codes to reduce paper.

Eleven styling products – An Australian brand which styling, shampoo and conditioning products are jammed packed full of natural ingredients. Once you use these products you will never go back! This brand is really eco conscious and not only offer gluten free, vegan free and paraben free products, but they are also introducing 100% free sulphate into all their products.

Disposable Towels – We use eco-friendly biodegrade disposable towels at the salon. This option not only reduces our carbon footprint by eliminating laundry, using less energy, water and detergent but also offer a much more hygienic solution to our clients.

Eco head – The Showerhead is 100% recyclable and made from naturally sourced parts including anti-bacterial stones and other powerful minerals. These minerals are combined with a unique filtration system that reduces chlorine and increases the production of negative ions that re-introduce moisture and lost ions into dry, frizzy, and damaged hair.  And reduces our water usage up to a whopping 65%!
